Steps

1. Cast Battalion Foot Soldier by paying
2. When Battalion Foot Soldier enters the battlefield, it triggers
3. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Battalion Foot Soldier, adding
4. Battalion Foot Soldier is put on the bottom of your library instead of in your graveyard due to Wheel of Sun and Moon
5. Resolve the Batallion Foot Soldier trigger from step 2, causing you to search your library for Batallion Foot Soldier and put it into your hand
6. Repeat
