• Samwise Gamgee on the battlefield
• Bill the Pony in hand
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• You control at least three creatures with +1/+1 counters on them

Steps

1. Cast Bill the Pony by paying
2. When Bill the Pony enters the battlefield, it and Samwise trigger
3. Resolve the Samwise trigger, creating a Food artifact token
4. Resolve the Bill the Pony trigger, creating two Food artifact tokens
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Bill the Pony, adding
6. Activate Samwise by sacrificing three Foods, returning Bill the Pony to your hand from your graveyard
7. Repeat
