• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Deekah, Fractal Theorist on the battlefield
• Mystic Speculation in hand
• You have gained at least 2 life this turn
• Will does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Will by tapping it, reducing the cost of all white and/or blue spells you cast this turn by at least
2. Cast Mystic Speculation with buyback by paying due to Will's ability
3. Deekah triggers, creating a 0/0 Fractal creature token, and then putting a +1/+1 counter on the Fractal
4. Resolve Mystic Speculation, causing you to scry 3 and return it to your hand
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Fractal, adding
6. Repeat from step 2
