Steps

1. Cast Grishnákh by paying its mana cost; it enters with a vigilance counter due to Tayam
2. When Grishnákh enters, it creates a creature token with mutiple counters on it, including a vigilance counter due to Tayam, and, if possible, allows you to gain control of a creature with lesser power than that token's power until end of turn
3. Activate Tayam by paying and removing two vigilance counters and one additional counter from creatures you control
4. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing Grishnákh and one additional creature, adding
5. Resolve Tayam's ability, milling yourself three cards and returning Grishnákh from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 2
