Prerequisites

• Tayam, Luminous Enigma on the battlefield
• Necrosynthesis on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Butcher Ghoul on the battlefield
• Necrosynthesis attached to Tayam
• Butcher Ghoul does not have a +1/+1 counter on it

Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Butcher Ghoul, adding
2. When Butcher Ghoul dies, its undying ability and Necrosynthesis trigger
3. Resolve the Butcher Ghoul trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter and a vigilance counter on it
4. Resolve the Necrosynthesis trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Tayam
5. Activate Tayam by paying , removing a +1/+1 counter from Tayam, and both counters from Butcher Ghoul
6. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Butcher Ghoul, adding
7. Repeat steps 2-4 one additional time
8. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Butcher Ghoul, adding
9. Resolve Tayam's ability from step 5, causing you to mill three cards and returning Butcher Ghoul from your graveyard to the battlefield
10. Repeat

• Infinite +1/+1 counters on Tayam
• Infinite colorless mana
