Steps

1. Sacrifice Heartmender to Altar of Dementia to mill target player equal to Heartmender's power
2. Return Heartmender to the battlefield with the persist trigger, giving it a -1/-1 counter
3. Sacrifice Heartmender to Altar of Dementia to mill target player equal to Heartmender's power
4. Return Heartmender to the battlefield with the Luminous Broodmoth trigger, giving it a flying counter
5. Repeat
