Prerequisites

• Heartmender on the battlefield
• Luminous Broodmoth on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Sacrifice Heartmender to Phyrexian Altar to add one mana of any color
2. Return Heartmender to the battlefield with the persist trigger, giving it a -1/-1 counter
3. Sacrifice Heartmender to Phyrexian Altar to add one mana of any color
4. Return Heartmender to the battlefield with the Luminous Broodmoth trigger, giving it a flying counter
5. Repeat
