Steps

1. Sacrifice Heartmender to Ashnod's Altar to add
2. Return Heartmender to the battlefield with the persist trigger, giving it a -1/-1 counter
3. Sacrifice Heartmender to Ashnod's Altar to add
4. Return Heartmender to the battlefield with the Luminous Broodmoth trigger, giving it a flying counter
5. Repeat
