Steps

1. Cast Transcendence by paying
2. Transcendence triggers due to you having 20 or more life
3. However, you cannot lose the game due to Lich's Mastery
4. Step 2 repeats in an infinite loop, causing the game to end in a draw if it isn't interacted with
