Steps

1. Cast the creature that causes you to get energy counter(s) when it enters the battlefield by paying due to Primal Prayers
2. When the creature enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to get at least
3. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the creature
4. When the creature dies, Enduring Renewal triggers, returning the creature from your graveyard to your hand
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the creature's power
6. Repeat
