Prerequisites

• Shambling Ghast on the battlefield
• Enduring Renewal on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Shambling Ghast
2. When Shambling Ghast dies, it and Enduring Renewal trigger
3. Resolve the Enduring Renewal trigger, returning Shambling Ghast from your graveyard to your hand
4. Resolve the Shambling Ghast trigger, creating a Treasure artifact token
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1, causing target player to mill cards equal to Shambling Ghast's power
6. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
7. Cast Shambling Ghast by paying
8. Repeat
