Steps

2. Myr Scrapling dies, triggering Enduring Renewal, returning Myr Scrapling from your graveyard to your hand
3. Resolve the Myr Scrapling ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on Workhorse
4. Activate Workhorse by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding
5. Cast Myr Scrapling by paying
6. Repeat
