Prerequisites

• Sprouting Thrinax on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Enduring Renewal on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Sprouting Thrinax, adding
2. Sprouting Thrinax dies, triggering itself and Enduring Renewal
3. Resolve the Sprouting Thrinax trigger, creating three 1/1 Saproling creature tokens
4. Resolve the Enduring Renewal trigger, returning Sprouting Thrinax from your graveyard to your hand
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing two Saprolings, adding
6. Cast Sprouting Thrinax by paying
7. Repeat
