Steps

1. Cast Underworld Hermit by paying
2. Underworld Hermit enters the battlefield, creating at least six 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Underworld Hermit, adding
4. Underworld Hermit dies, triggering Enduring Renewal, returning Underworld Hermit from your graveyard to your hand
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar five times by sacrificing five Squirrels, adding
6. Repeat
