Prerequisites

• Animar, Soul of Elements on the battlefield
• Enduring Renewal on the battlefield
• Multiform Wonder in hand

Steps

1. Cast Multiform Wonder by paying
2. Animar triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself
3. Multiform Wonder enters the battlefield, causing you to gain
4. Activate Multiform Wonder's third ability twice by paying , giving Multiform Wonder +4/-4 until end of turn
5. Multiform Wonder dies as a state-based action due to having less than zero toughness
6. Enduring Renewal triggers, returning Multiform Wonder from your graveyard to your hand
7. Repeat
