Enduring Renewal, Phyrexian Altar, and Mitotic Slime

Prerequisites

• Enduring Renewal on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Mitotic Slime on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Mitotic Slime, adding
2. When Mitotic Slime dies, it and Enduring Renewal triggers
3. Resolve the Mitotic Slime trigger, creating two 2/2 Ooze creature tokens
4. Resolve the Enduring Renewal trigger, returning Mitotic Slime from your graveyard to your hand
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Oozes, adding
6. When the Oozes die, they trigger, creating four 1/1 Ooze creature tokens
7. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing two Oozes, adding
8. Cast Mitotic Slime by paying
9. Repeat
