Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Memnite
2. Enduring Renewal triggers, returning Memnite from your graveyard to your hand
3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia, causing target player to mill cards equal to Memnite's power
4. Cast Memnite by paying
5. Repeat
