Prerequisites

• Elvish Piper on the battlefield
• Intruder Alarm on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Enduring Renewal on the battlefield
• Elvish Piper does not have summoning sickness
• You have a creature card in hand
• available

Steps

1. Activate Elvish Piper by paying and tapping it, putting any creature card from your hand onto the battlefield
2. The creature enters the battlefield, triggering Intruder Alarm, untapping all creatures
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature, adding
4. The creature dies, triggering Enduring Renewal, returning the creature from your graveyard to your hand
5. Repeat
