• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Daxos, Blessed by the Sun on the battlefield

Steps

1. Gain any amount of life
2. Trudge Garden triggers, causing you to pay to create a 4/4 Fungus Beast creature token
3. When the Fungus Beast enters the battlefield, Daxos triggers, causing you to gain 1 life
4. Trudge Garden triggers
5. Choose not to pay
6. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Fungus Beast, adding
7. When the Fungus Beast dies, Daxos triggers, causing you to gain 1 life
8. Repeat from step 2
