Prerequisites

• Chainer, Dementia Master on the battlefield
• Wurmcoil Engine on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Daxos, Blessed by the Sun on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wurmcoil Engine, adding
2. When Wurmcoil Engine dies, it and Daxos trigger
3. Resolve the Daxos trigger, causing you to gain 1 life
4. Resolve the Wurmcoil Engine trigger, creating two 3/3 Wurm artifact creature tokens
5. When the Wurms enter the battlefield, Daxos triggers twice, causing you to gain 2 life
6. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Wurm tokens, adding
7. When the Wurms die, Daxos trigger twice, causing you to gain 2 life
8. Activate Chainer by paying and 3 life, putting Wurmcoil Engine from your graveyard onto the battlefield
9. When Wurmcoil Engine enters the battlefield, Daxos triggers, causing you to gain 1 life
10. Repeat
