• Spine of Ish Sah on the battlefield
• Sculpting Steel in hand
• Jhoira's Familiar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Sculpting Steel by paying due to Jhoira's Familiar
2. Choose to have it enter as a copy of Spine of Ish Sah
3. When Sculpting Steel enters, its first ability triggers, destroying a permanent
4. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrifice Scultping Steel, adding
5. Sculpting Steel's second ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to your hand
6. Repeat

• Destroy all permanents opponents control on each of your turns
