Prerequisites

• Krenko, Mob Boss on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff attached to Krenko
• Krenko does not have summoning sickness
• You control at least one additional Goblin

Steps

1. Activate Krenko by tapping it, creating at least two 1/1 Goblin creature tokens
2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing a Goblin token
3. The Goblin dies, triggering Krenko, untapping Krenko
4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the Goblin's power
5. Repeat
