Prerequisites

• Krenko, Mob Boss on the battlefield
• Sling-Gang Lieutenant on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff attached to Krenko
• Krenko does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Krenko by tapping it, creating a 1/1 Goblin creature token for each Goblin you control
2. Activate Sling-Gang Lieutenant by sacrificing a Goblin token
3. Krenko triggers, untapping itself
4. Resolve the Sling-Gang Lieutenant ability, causing target player to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
5. Repeat
