Steps

1. Cast Goldvein Hydra by paying
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Goldvein Hydra, adding
3. When Goldvein Hydra dies, it and Enduring Renewal trigger
4. Resolve the Enduring Renewal trigger, returning Goldvein Hydra from your graveyard to your hand
5. Resolve the Goldvein Hydra trigger, creating a tapped Treasure token
6. When the token enters the battlefield, Amulet of Vigor triggers, untapping it
7. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
8. Repeat
