Steps

1. Cycle Fetid Pools for due to Fluctuator
2. Escape Protocol and Surly Badgersaur trigger
3. Stack the triggers such that Surly Badgersaur's ability resolves first, creating a treasure token
4. Resolve Escape Protocol's ability using to pay for it to blink Eternal Witness
5. When Eternal Witness ETBs, return Fetid Pools to your hand
6. Resolve the cycling trigger and draw a card
