Prerequisites

• Escape Protocol on the battlefield
• Fluctuator on the battlefield
• Bone Miser on the battlefield
• Eternal Witness on the battlefield
• Scattered Groves in hand

Steps

1. Activate Scattered Groves's cycling ability by paying and discarding it
2. Bone Miser, Scattered Groves, and Escape Protocol trigger
3. Resolve the Bone Miser trigger, adding
4. Resolve the Scattered Groves trigger, drawing a card
5. Resolve the Escape Protocol trigger, causing you to pay to blink Eternal Witness
6. Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, returning Scattered Groves from your graveyard to your hand
7. Repeat

Results

• Infinite black mana
• Infinite card draw
• Infinite ETB
• Infinite LTB
