Prerequisites

• Escape Protocol on the battlefield
• Fluctuator on the battlefield
• Bone Miser on the battlefield
• Eternal Witness on the battlefield
• Smoldering Crater in hand

Steps

1. Activate Smoldering Crater's cycling ability by paying and discarding it
2. Bone Miser, Smoldering Crater, and Escape Protocol trigger
3. Resolve the Bone Miser trigger, adding
4. Resolve the Smoldering Crater trigger, drawing a card
5. Resolve the Escape Protocol trigger, causing you to pay to blink Eternal Witness
6. Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, returning Smoldering Crater from your graveyard to your hand
7. Repeat
