Steps

1. Cycle Remote Isle for due to Fluctuator
2. Escape Protocol and Bone Miser trigger
3. Stack the triggers such that Bone Miser's ability resolves first, adding
4. Resolve Escape Protocol's ability using to pay for it to blink Golgari Findbroker
5. When Golgari Findbroker ETBs, return Remote Isle to your hand
6. Resolve the cycling trigger and draw a card
