Prerequisites

• Escape Protocol on the battlefield
• Fluctuator on the battlefield
• Bone Miser on the battlefield
• Golgari Findbroker on the battlefield
• Spara's Headquarters in hand

Steps

1. Activate Spara's Headquarters' cycling ability by paying and discarding it
2. Bone Miser and Escape Protocol trigger
3. Resolve the Bone Miser trigger, adding
4. Resolve the Escape Protocol trigger, causing you to pay to blink Golgari Findbroker
5. Golgari Findbroker enters the battlefield, returning Spara's Headquarters from your graveyard to your hand
6. Resolve the Spara's Headquarters ability from step 1, causing you to draw a card
7. Repeat
