Prerequisites

• Escape Protocol on the battlefield
• Fluctuator on the battlefield
• Surly Badgersaur on the battlefield
• Mikey & Mona, Mutant Sitters on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate the land's cycling ability by paying due to Fluctuator and discarding it
2. When you cycle the land, Escape Protocol and Surly Badgersaur trigger
3. Resolve Surly Badgersaur's ability, creating a Treasure token
4. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding (1)
5. Resolve Escape Protocol's ability, paying to blink Mikey & Mona
6. When Mikey & Mona enters, it triggers, returning the cycled land from your graveyard to your hand
7. Resolve the activated ability from step 1, drawing a card
8. Repeat
