• Tilling Treefolk on the battlefield
• Remote Isle in hand

Steps

1. Cycle Remote Isle for due to Fluctuator
2. Escape Protocol and Surly Badgersaur trigger
3. Stack the triggers such that Surly Badgersaur's ability resolves first, creating a treasure token
4. Resolve Escape Protocol's ability using to pay for it to blink Tilling Treefolk
5. When Tilling Treefolk ETBs, return Remote Isle to your hand
6. Resolve the cycling trigger and draw a card
