Escape Protocol, Fluctuator, Surly Badgersaur, and Skullwinder

Prerequisites

• Escape Protocol on the battlefield
• Fluctuator on the battlefield
• Surly Badgersaur on the battlefield
• Skullwinder on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate the land's cycling ability by paying due to Fluctuator and discarding it
2. When you cycle the land, Escape Protocol and Surly Badgersaur trigger
3. Resolve Surly Badgersaur's ability, creating a Treasure token
4. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding (1)
5. Resolve Escape Protocol's ability, paying to blink Skullwinder
6. When Skullwinder enters, it triggers, returning the cycled land from your graveyard to your hand and allowing an opponent to return a card from their graveyard to their hand
7. Resolve the activated ability from step 1, drawing a card

Results

• Infinite card draw
• Near-infinite ETB
• Near-infinite LTB
• Target opponent returns a portion of the cards in their graveyard to their hand
• An opponent returns all cards from their graveyard to their hand
