Prerequisites

• Dominion Saboteur on the battlefield
• Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn // Isilu, Carrier of Twilight on the battlefield
• Evereth, Viceroy of Plunder on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Evereth by sacrificing Dominion Saboteur
2. When Dominion Saboteur dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it
3. As it enters, choose to have it copy a creature you control that has a +1/+1 counter on it, so Dominion Saboteur will also enter with a +1/+1 counter on it
4. Resolve the Evereth ability
5. Repeat

• Infinite +1/+1 counters on a creature
• Infinite creature ETB
• Infinite creature LTB
• Infinite creature sacrifice triggers
• Infinite death triggers
