Steps

1. Cast Body of Research by paying , creating a 0/0 Fractal creature token, then putting a +1/+1 counter on it for each card in your library
2. Simic Ascendancy triggers, putting that many growth counters on itself
3. At the beginning of your next upkeep, Simic Ascendancy triggers, causing you to win the game
