Steps

1. During your draw step, before you draw a card, activate Words of Worship by paying , causing you to gain five life the next time you would draw a card this turn
2. Move to draw a card, instead gaining five life due to Words of Worship
3. Lich's Mastery's first ability triggers, holding priority, activate Skirge Familiar by discarding a card, adding
4. Activate Words of Worship by paying , causing you to gain five life the next time you would draw a card this turn
5. Resolve Lich's Mastery, causing you to draw four cards and gain five life
6. Repeat from step 3
