Steps

1. Cast any other spell, or wait for an opponent to cast one
2. If you cast the spell, Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Chandra
3. Cast Lapse of Certainty by paying , targeting that spell
4. Chandra, Displacer Kitten and Thrumming Stone trigger
5. Resolve the Chandra trigger, creating a copy of Lapse of Certainty, targeting the original Lapse of Certainty
6. Resolve the copy of Lapse of Certainty, countering the original Lapse of Certainty and putting it on top of your library
7. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking Chandra
8. Resolve the Thrumming Stone trigger from step 3, revealing the top four cards of your library and casting Lapse of Certainty without paying its mana cost
9. Repeat from step 4
