Prerequisites

• The Watcher in the Water on the battlefield
• Drowned Rusalka on the battlefield
• Relic of Legends on the battlefield
• You control at least one Tentacle
• It is not your turn
• The Watcher has zero stun counters on it

Steps

1. During an opponent's turn, activate Relic of Legends' second ability by tapping The Watcher, adding
2. Activate Drowned Rusalka by paying and sacrificing a Tentacle
3. When the Tentacle dies, The Watcher's second ability triggers, untapping itself
4. Resolve the Drowned Rusalka trigger, causing you to rummage
5. The Watcher's first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Tentacle creature token
6. Repeat
