• Scorched Rusalka on the battlefield
• Dire Fleet Hoarder on the battlefield
• Mikaeus, the Unhallowed on the battlefield
• Soul Diviner on the battlefield
• Intruder Alarm on the battlefield
• Soul Diviner does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Scorched Rusalka by paying and sacrificing Dire Fleet Hoarder
2. Dire Fleet Hoarder triggers, creating a treasure token
3. Resolve the Dire Fleet Hoarder's undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it
4. Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures
5. Resolve the Sorched Rusalka trigger, dealing 1 damage to any target
6. Activate the treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
7. Activate Soul Diviner by tapping it, removing a +1/+1 counter from Dire Fleet Hoarder
8. Repeat
