Prerequisites

• Mikaeus, the Unhallowed on the battlefield
• Warren Soultrader on the battlefield
• Pious Evangel // Wayward Disciple on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Warren Soultrader by paying 1 life and sacrificing the persist creature
2. When the persist creature dies, its persist ability triggers if it didn't have a -1/-1 counter on it, and its undying ability triggers if it didn't have a +1/+1 counter on it
3. Wayward Disciple also triggers regardless if it's on the battlefield
4. Resolve the Wayward Disciple trigger, if applicable, causing an opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
5. Resolve the persist trigger, if applicable, returning the creature from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it
6. Resolve the undying trigger, if applicable, returning the creature from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it
7. When the creature enters, Pious Evangel triggers if it's on the battlefield, causing you to gain 1 life
8. Resolve the Warren Soultrader ability, creating a Treasure token
9. Repeat
