Prerequisites

• Mikaeus, the Unhallowed on the battlefield
• Night of Souls' Betrayal on the battlefield
• Cryptic Trilobite in hand

Steps

1. Cast Cryptic Trilobite for X = 0 by paying
2. Cryptic Trilobite dies due to having zero toughness
3. Cryptic Trilobite's undying ability from Mikaeus triggers, returning it to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter
4. Activate Cryptic Trilobite by removing the +1/+1 counter from it, adding that can only be spent on activated abilities
5. Repeat from step 2

• Infinite colorless mana that can only be spent on activated abilities
• Infinite death triggers
• Infinite ETB
• Infinite LTB
