Steps
- Tap Druid for
- Untap Druid using her own ability, adding -1/-1 to her
- Do this until she dies
- Mikaeus triggers, returning Druid with a +1/+1 counter
- Druid is summoning sick
- Tap a basic land floating mana
- Tap Druid with Earthcraft to untap the land
- Untap Druid with her own ability
- Do this until Druid dies
