Yawgmoth, Thran Physician, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, and Thragtusk

Prerequisites

• Yawgmoth, Thran Physician on the battlefield
• Mikaeus, the Unhallowed on the battlefield
• Thragtusk on the battlefield
• Thragtusk does not have a +1/+1 counter on it
• Your life total is at least 2

Steps

1. Activate Yawgmoth's first ability by paying 1 life and sacrificing Thragtusk
2. Thragtusk dies, triggering its second ability and its undying ability
3. Resolve the first Thragtusk trigger, creating a 3/3 Beast creature token
4. Resolve the second Thragtusk trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it
5. Thragtusk enters the battlefield, causing you to gain five life
6. Resolve the Yawgmoth ability from step 1, putting a -1/-1 counter on a creature and causing you to draw a card
7. Activate Yawgmoth by paying 1 life and sacrificing the Beast token, putting a -1/-1 counter on Thragtusk and causing you to draw a card
8. Repeat
