• Voltaic Construct on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Transmogrant on the battlefield
• The Notary Hobbits on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cause The Notary Hobbits to become an artifact using Ashnod's Transmogrant
2. Activate The Notary Hobbits by tapping it, adding at least Activate Voltaic Construct by paying , untapping The Notary Hobbits
3. Repeat from step 2
