Steps

1. Cast Staff of Domination by paying
2. Toph, Hardheaded Teacher triggers, earthbending Dormant Volcano
3. Cast Marvin by paying
4. Toph, Hardheaded Teacher triggers, earthbending Staff of Domination
5. At the beginning of your end step, Toph, the First Metalbender triggers, earthbending Marvin, thus giving it haste
6. Activate Marvin using Dormant Volcano's ability by tapping it, adding Activate Marvin using Staff of Domination's first ability by paying , untapping Marvin
7. Repeat from step 6
