Prerequisites

• Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker on the battlefield
• Goatnapper on the battlefield
• Arcane Adaptation on the battlefield
• "Goat" chosen with Arcane Adaptation

Steps

1. Activate Kiki-Jiki by tapping it, creating a token copy of Goatnapper with haste
2. The Goatnapper token enters the battlefield, untapping Kiki-Jiki
3. Repeat

Results

• Infinite creature tokens with haste
• Infinite ETB
