Steps
- Activate Kiki-Jiki by tapping it, targeting Metamorphosis Fanatic Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Kiki-Jiki Resolve the Kiki-Jiki ability, creating a token copy of Metamorphosis Fanatic with haste
- When the Metamorphosis Fanatic token enters, it triggers, returning Kiki-JIki from your graveyard to the battlefield
- Repeat
