Steps

1. Activate Bolas's Citadel by tapping it and sacrificing ten other nonland permanents you control
2. Ashnod the Uncaring triggers, copying Bolas's Citadel's ability
3. Resolve both Bolas's Citadel abilities, causing each opponent to lose 20 life
4. Each opponent that had 20 or less life loses the game due to having 0 or less life
5. Activate Voltaic Key by paying and tapping it, untapping Bolas's Citadel
6. Activate Bolas's Citadel by tapping it and sacrificing itself, Voltaic Key, and eight other nonland permanents you control
7. Ashnod the Uncaring triggers, copying Bolas's Citadel's ability
8. Resolve both Bolas's Citadel abilities, causing each opponent to lose 20 life
9. Each remaining opponent loses the game due to having 0 or less life
