• Tifa Lockhart on the battlefield
• Scale Up in hand
• Bloodstained Mire in hand

Steps

1. Cast Scale Up by paying , targeting Tifa
2. Play Bloodstained Mire
3. When Bloodstained Mire enters, Tifa triggers, doubling its power until end of turn
4. Activate Bloodstained Mire by paying 1 life, tapping and sacrificing it, searching your library for an applicable land and putting it onto the battlefield
5. When the land enters, Tifa triggers, doubling its power until end of turn Deal combat damage to an opponent using Tifa
6. That opponent loses the game due to being dealt 21 or more combat damage by your commander
