Prerequisites

• Xyris, the Writhing Storm on the battlefield
• Flumph on the battlefield
• Pandemonium on the battlefield
• You have a way to give Flumph indestructible
• You have a way to deal damage to Flumph

Steps

1. Give Flumph indestructible by any method
2. Deal damage to Flumph
3. Flumph triggers, causing you and target opponent to draw a card
4. Xyris' first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Snake creature token
5. The Snake enters the battlefield, triggering Pandemonium, dealing 1 damage to Flumph
6. Repeat from step 3
