Steps

1. Activate Vilis by paying and two life, targeting any creature
2. Vilis triggers, causing you to draw two cards
3. Resolve the Vilis ability from step 1, giving target creature -1/-1 until end of turn
4. Activate Skirge Familar twice by discarding two cards, adding
5. Feast of Sanity triggers twice, dealing 2 damage to any target and causing you to gain two life
6. Repeat
